Yesterday early morning, I called our ‘blardy best’ broadband in Malaysia, tmnet, they said the earthquake in Taiwan has damaged submarine cables that form part of the region-wide Asia Pacific Cable Network 2, disrupting voice and Internet communications over much of Asia, so they cannot do anything at this moment and they have no idea how long will this problem last.

hmmm, seems that it's affected some parts of M'sia but not all. the line was slow at work, but at home it was quite the usual zoom. ok lah, since it's Screamyx, it wasn't exactly "zoom" but it was fast enough, almost like "normal"!
