My Opinion on Bersih Rally

I might not be the rightful person to comment on our country's politics, but I think it is very important to increase the awareness of youngster, regarding to the political issues happened in their own country and making decision maturely.

Throughout this week, many people complained about the heavy traffic jam in KL and how stupid the bersih rally is, but have you ever think about it, if the government is doing a great job in the country development, there will not be any heavy traffic jams (convenience public transport) and bersih rally on the street today.

In fact, I also realised that there are bunch of people who don't even bother about the bersih issues, all they care about is shopping, watching transformer and etc. Some ignorant peoples even gave some brainless comments via tweeter and facebook. Is this how they become famous in FB simply by critizing our yellow warriors today?

In addition, our education and advertising depertment of Malaysia are totally screwed up, where people don't fully aware of the importance of voting in elections and why it makes a difference. Many people dont even bother to register as a voter, because they think that one vote wont make much of a difference, so is alright to enjoy the holiday on the day of election.

Seriously when are they going to wake up from the comfort zone? I think now is the best time for them to make some changes, go register as a voter and remember to vote. We should fight for the best and we deserve to have a responsible government.

Go for justice, FREE and ADIL, no more racism...

To my dearest aunty M, please be good to me throughout the week, because we will be seeing each other for another 30 years (hopefully).

Your existence is very important to me, you taught me not to drink icy cold water, since it might give me a tummy cramp. You taught me not to eat spicy tom yam food, the reason being that it might give me a bad tummy-ache. I have learned my lesson well, aunty M.

Sometimes I might be away from you for a year or two, but I will miss you dearly. My emotions will be affected by your absence and it will make me look old and ugly. Sorry that I might be angry at you sometimes, especially the moment when you are visiting, but you know I can’t leave without you.

If you loved me, I hope that we will be able to maintain a good relationship between you and me.

Brand new 2010?

Brand new 2010? but it doesn't seem to be a good year for me, why?

1. My PhD position is still pending, sadly no news from the lecturer, because she is having her two months medical leave from January until February.

2. Should i go to UPM or Nottingham University for my PhD studies? I couldn't decide where to go, because both local and private universities have their own benefits and advantages. Dilemma...

3. I injured my left hand during Chinese new year celebration at Nando, Penang Queensbay. The Nando's manager offered me a glass of hot chocolate (free), just to shut my mouth. LOL

4. My car's windscreen is cracked and my insurance didn't cover the broken windscreen *cursing @#$%*&#$%*. I am staring at my empty wallet right now, please donate some money to me, no?

5. I am feeling restless, no energy and strength for everything including my proposal writing. I tried to shake shake shake, but no ohhhmm as well, how how how?

6. Jobless made me feel totally useless, i need to get a part time job, how about a part time housewife? :p

7. My housemate moved out from the house, because we graduated from our master degree. He is going to pursue his PhD studies in UPM during July intake.

8. My mummy was sick during Chinese new year, i am so worried about her.

Hopefully more good lucks will be coming right after me, especially for my PhD studies...

What is love?

I still couldn't figure out the word 'love' after 23 years of my life.

I might be having tons of loves from my family and friends, but it is definitely not from the lover.

For those who knew me well, I am an emotional and sentimental person who looking for long lasting relationship, but the luck is not always by my side.

In fact a few friends of mine are having the intention to become a lesbian after several broken relationships, and because of that, I realized that love can be such a powerful weapon that turn a normal person into an abnormal one.

Sometimes, you thought things might be worked out fine between you and him after several outings, but unexpected endings tend to be happened. The sparks between you and him will just eventually disappeared due to some unknown reasons.

Physical appearance plays an importance role in attracting opposite gender, true? How about inner beauty?

Last time, I thought inner beauty is the first criteria that many guys are looking for, but many cases have proved me wrong.

Girls with awesome makeup, well dresses, bad attitudes and lack of tidiness, will always surrounded by a sea of admirers. Whereas girl with average looking and good attitudes, will always end up being alone. I guess i am falling into the second category.

The words 'divorce' and 'breakup' have been used frequently nowadays compared to the olden days. Maybe the perception has changed from one generation to another generation, i still remember that our parents are deeply in love with each other no matter how poor, ugly and sick they are, and this is the exact feeling and relationship that i am looking for.

Well, this is just my opinion, guys might not be agreed with it :)

Maybe i shall start putting makeup and learn how to flirt with guys :p

Sometimes, it is not easy to impress and satisfy the needs of my supervisor, no doubt, he is a good lecturer, but no matter how good you are, he will definitely find a way to shoot you down during the presentation.

To be honest, I am still very upset with the comments that he gave it to me during my poster presentation, it has indirectly pulled down my overall marks for the final.

My poster has been voted for the best poster of the day, just because i couldn't answer a single question that raised by him, then it lead me to a low mark (70%), wtf...

None of the lecturers have doubts about my presentation, but my own supervisor is the one who asking me the question, which is out of scope, wtf...

Sometimes i feel that it is very unfair during the presentation, that some people tend to get some easy questions, while i have to answer all the difficult ones.

I mean the lecturer should standardize the quality of questions, each student should answers the same range or category of questions.

OK honestly speaking, i just barely made it through the first class category during my first semester, but it doesn't mean that all the difficult questions should be answered by me, if i couldn't answered it, then the lecturer will minus my overall mark, wtf...

Throw me some easy questions, i am very sure that i will answer it perfectly.
Example (one of my classmate got this question): how's the nitrogen formed? through lightning (wtf, bonus question)...

I have no idea why he has to be so strict towards me compared to my working partner, while my working partner didn't really take his project seriously.

There is no communication barrier between my supervisor and I, we are able to communicate well and sort things out, but he just doesn't seem to be impressed by me no matter how hard i tried.

I am tired and I need to rant it out somehow, but i will still try my best to complete my master studies as soon as possible, i know i can do it...

p/s: Hopefully i can score well for the other subjects, at least it can covers up the bad ones, i really need ton of lucks right now...

Brand New Year 2009.....

Happy New Year to You, You, You and You…..

Another year has passed, yet the great memories are still remaining fresh in my mind :)

Frankly speaking, there are too many things happened in last year, from cheerful to miserable and slowly developed into a suffering one - depression, and gradually recovering from the bad one. At this moment in time, I am delighted as well as joyful again :)

Tons of mix feeling can be experienced throughout the whole year. To my surprise, I was managed to handle it well and optimistically, of course with the encouragement from my friends and family. Million thanks to those who helped me :)

Beginning of year 2008, I was suffering from my final year research project, crazily searching and reading tons of journals/articles, making efforts in modifying my protocols as well as struggling in getting a good outcome for my research project without the help of my supervisor.

Not forgetting to mention that I was twisted my wrist during my study week and hospitalized for 3 days, just to claim for the insurances. I can’t draw and write either, thank god, I was allowed to sit for my final year exam by using a computer and I did well in both, the exam as well as my research project :)

Graduation is an important step and memorable in one’s life. Shockingly, I was awarded the Outstanding Student Award by AIMST University as I have qualified for the inclusion in the Dean’s List for outstanding academic achievement in the examinations for three semesters. All the hard works are really worth it :)

I am wearing the graduation robe and the gold medal :)

Separation from my university friends is a horrible experience; we have been together for at least 2 years, from a small group of people to a huge one, been fooling around in the lab, movie, poker, birthday, gossips, mamak and makan sections. And I am thankful that we are still keeping in touch and congratulation to some of them on getting a job.

I am pleased to announce that I have completed my bachelor degree at the Year of 2008. A question popped out in my mind: working or further my studies? And I choose to further my studies in Nottingham University and majoring in plant biotechnology.

I am truly disappointed that I can’t make it for the UK September intake due to the late released of my results transcripts. My plans have crashed into ashes, no more getting a PR and working in UK anymore. Hence, you will be seeing me rotting in Malaysia again for the next few years.

In the meanwhile, I went for an interview for the research assistant position in Nottingham University but failed. Honestly, I viewed it as a great opportunity for me to obtain my PhD within 3 years, I thought I did well in the interview; in fact we have been scheduled for the second interview, but at the end of the day…..

The lecturers have chosen a candidate who has perform the similar project as theirs and I am falling from the heaven to hell, really a huge disappointment in my entire life, probably I am just over confidence. However, I will still go for my master studies, and my classes will be starting on the 2^nd of February.

I have considered myself as a lucky one, because I am able to get a job right after my graduation. Currently, I am working at a company named Info Kinetics Sdn Bhd, a company that set up primarily to serve pharmaceutical companies in planning and conducting pharmacokinetic and clinical trials as well as to provide independent analytical services as part of the drug development program.

However, this month, January will be the last month for me to work in this company before I am leaving for my master studies. It is always blissful to be working with a bunch of nice and helpful colleagues. I love spending some quality time with them in the office, hospital ward, annual event, shopping, makan and Christmas Eve event. Although it is just a short period of time, but I honestly enjoyed working over there :)

Farewell to my little kancil, and a warm welcome to my big Myvi, two months old baby *wink wink*...

Congratulation to Joe and Samantha, my sister is finally getting married, and it was a month ago. I am truly glad that the whole wedding ceremony went well, and everyone is having a great time with her during the bridal shower night. She will always be the most stunning and beautiful bride ever in my heart, I miss you, jie jie :)

Congratulation to both of you, a kiss that will last forever :)

Besides that, my sister in law is expecting a January baby girl. I just can’t wait for the arrival of the baby girl; this aunty is getting nervous, and I am going to help my brother in fixing the baby bed soon, what should I buy for her? A pair of socks? shoes? bears?

Ok, basically this is the highlights of year 2008. To 2008, I shall bid farewell and to 2009, I shall say hallo to the brand new year…..

3rd Year of Biotechnology.....

Farewell for my second year and welcome to the third year of Biotechnology.

Looking back on the things that I have done, I was trying to be someone; I played my part, and kept myself in the fit condition.

Throughout the second year of Biotechnology, I was trying my very best to study, maintain my CGPA results, make new friends, cope with the new environment as well as the stresses which given by the lecturers.

Guys, stay here and hold me now, don't bother if every minute it makes me weaker, and I believe that you are the one who can save me and cheer me up. Thanks god, friendship and family love are in the air…

Last Sunday, surprisingly I didn’t shed a tear after I leave my home sweet home. Before I leave Penang, we went to the ‘Paddington House of Pancake’ to have a wonderful mother-daughter tea time. And she gave a warm and loving hug to me… :)

I missed my mummy, she gave me everything that I needed and I am being treated as a little princess in my house.

On the 17^th of September (Monday), I stepped into the new campus with the brand new semester. Muahaha, Wee Sin Ling - the so called ‘senior’.

So proud of myself, but no worries I won’t be the snobbish senior, I am a good girl who willing to help other people right? :)

This semester will be another killing semester, 7 subjects are required to take in this new September semester. The subjects are:

Environmental Biotechnology (core),
Post Harvest Physiology and Biotechnology (core),
Plant Secondary Metabolites and Metabolism (core),
Professional Studies and Business Management (core),
Medical Entomology (elective),
Algal Biotechnology (elective) and
Library Project.

This week is just the first week of this new semester, but I started to feel the pressure is building up especially the ‘Post Harvest Physiology and Biotechnology’ subjects. Assignments for Business Management are queuing too.

No worries guys, although I didn’t study about time management but I still know how to manage my time properly.

Recently, my brother and I have been working seriously hard on our new project in order to improve our biotechnology imagination and inspiration. From the bottom of our heart, we really wish to be a bright biotechnologist in the future, that’s why we need to practice more now and prepare for the best…

Nowadays, we are extremely busy with our theory papers, so we couldn’t create any new creature since last year December. Last year, a cute and attractive mutated chicken was created in order to make the mutated chicken as our new pet. When we are starved, we can slaughter it and make it into a fried or steam chicken, can be a delicious rambutan too…

This time, our new project will be…

Objectives of our new project:

1) When you are hungry, you can slaughter the aluminum tin head and cook for a dish.

2) Keep a snake in your house; no thieves will come into your house.

3) Nobody sweep your floor? My snake will do it well.

4) This cute little new creature can be a play doll for your baby.

5) Need a friend? Talk to the snake, he will respond to you because he got a mouth.

Aloha, the awful exam marathon has formally come to an end. Insomnia sickness has slowly developed in my body all the way through the exam; I can barely get a nice and appropriate sleep due to the exam trauma and tension.

Honestly, I looked like a zombie during the exam, I can even consider myself as one of the ghosts in the hungry ghost festival, or should I said that I can even scared the ghost hell of it, yek yek yek…

Original ghost: wooo wooo wooo wooo (coming near to my bed)

Although the exam is extremely tough but no complaints will be made towards the subjects because the results will be determined my own future as well as prospective so I have to face it. In the sleepless nights, I was praying hard to the god for a better result and performance in the upcoming papers so I won’t have to repeat the paper. Luckily, my dreams came true *cross fingers*…

Monday (27-8-2007), it was the last day for 2^nd year of Biotechnology and I am so glad that it is over. 3^rd year will be the most challenging year for me; final year project and library project are killing me softly. I wish to graduate soon in order to proceed for my master studies, I am still wondering where my next station is.

Currently, I am deeply enjoying my holiday for almost 20 days. New semester will be started on the 17^th of September and the nightmare begins…

On Monday night, I am officially backed home, I only need three words to describe my feeling and it is ‘home sweet home’. Yeah, I can be the little princess again, guess what, I am really glad to be home, can get a wonderful hug and a lovely kiss from mummy, can eat a lot of yummy-licious dishes, can have a shopping fever, can meet my old friends as well as god mummy and etc.

Recently, I have been developed a very serious shopping maniac and a heavy eater attitude. Guess what; I have bought a pair of shoes, a sweater, 2 perfumes and a swatch watch in less than 2 days time, and I have went to Nandos, Manilla Place, Zhonghua Seafood Restaurant, supper, McDonald, home cooked food in less than 48 hours. I even went for a movie in GSC cinema, Ratatouille.

I wish my mouse can cook for me too… :p

Long Time No See…

Hi people, I just realized that the last entry of my blog was on the 27^th of June, and it is kind of sad as well as depressing post in the year 2007. Losing someone who closes to me (grandpa and grandma) makes me think of my much-loved daddy *sob sob*. Because of my daddy, I have learnt to love and appreciate the people around me, mummy, family and even friends.

You might wonder why I like to spend most of the time with my family and my friends during the holiday instead of going to clubbing (and etc.); because I understand that there is no amount of money that can ever buy me the love, friendship, time and life. And these had made the Family Time = Quality Time.

Honestly, my siblings and I were kind of worried about my mummy now. 7 years ago, my family members have decided to move to Penang in turn to take care of my grandpa and grandma. Sadly, both of them are no longer continued to exist in this world, all we can do is to treasure the single precious moment with them and may they rest in peace.

After the funeral, I was extremely busy with my assignments and reports due to my final exam is approaching (13^th until 27^th of August), all the lecturers have tried their very best to finish all the syllabuses in time. Unfortunately, there are too many events are coming up in the university, so end up we forced to attend the class during our study week which is in the next week *ish ish*.

In the meanwhile, there are too many celebrations and activities are going on in this long semester such as animal breeding field trip, plant breeding field trip, BBQ party, birthday celebrations, movie day (I am not so outdated yet) and etc. Guys, I will upload the photos soon, please be patience and spare me some times ok *wink wink*?

Yesterday, I just realized that I have 2 weeks study weeks and I am so so so in-genius, because I thought that I only have 1 week to prepare for my final, that’s why I have been rushing my notes and studies for the past 2 weeks *deng*. What an idiotic sin ling, make myself tension and nervous only. But I am kind of satisfied with midterm test, expected results were obtained. Hopefully I can continue to maintain my standard and GCPA.

Well, there is a guy who live downstairs of my room, Jermyn Seow aka my ulti-perasan brother has got himself a blog in blogspot and he introduced me as a kah chui (big ass) sister in his blog. Ya ya, I got a big butt but doesn’t mean I am not cute right? I am staring at you, must support and agree with my statement ok *wink*?

He is a guy who talks cock number 1 and action number 9. He is very crazy about the squids (sotong), I mean the real gigantic squids that can be eaten by the human beings, and even his header of his blog is some kind of freaking sotong in camouflage. He even bought me a grow-in-the-dark sotong keychain to hang in my car. What a sotong lover.

Undoubtedly, that fella is very intelligent but lazy, always borrowed my reports, or should I said exchanged reports *blek*? We always discussed our studies the night before the actual exam in order to do the final revision, actually I must said thank you to him because he always answered my doubt. He is freaking creative and talkative too, he always cranks up some lame and stupid jokes that had brighten my day :)

In his blog, lousy jokes and fresh ideas will be coming up easily by him, can be laugh till die. That fella likes to blog things about the gossips and the governmental failure or some other stupid Malaysian behavior in his blog, but definitely he condemned it in a nice way without hurting anyone feeling.

Guys, I will not be updating my blog in this few more days, not in the mood to update my blog too.

I just got a bad news from my family that my grandma had just pass away in less than 2 hours ago and I will be making a trip back to Penang tomorrow, and I guess I will be back to sp on Friday morning because I have to sit for a killing exam (Monoclonal antibodies and immunology) on Saturday morning.

I don’t feel like continue writing a sad entry, I have no idea how am I suppose to sit for an exam with this kind of depressing and sad emotion, I have to be strong, and I know I can overcome it.

May she rest in peace, and I just want to tell her that she will always be my hero and I will always love her as how she loves me…

Hi guys, I feel extremely sorry for not updating my blog for such a long time. I bet you guys can’t remember me anymore. Can you still recall anything about me? Well, I hope I am always in your lovely heart…

It’s been some times since I last updated my blog, I guess for almost a month already since my last entry. I had been incredibly busy for this few weeks since my new semester has started. I was having classes and practical everyday, mid term tests were just over, lecturers are putting a lot of efforts and pressures on us, notes were accumulated as tall as a hill and you tell me, how am I suppose to blog peacefully?

But I am terrifically happy that there is someone who willing to accompany me along the way, cheered me up, listened to my complains, eased my loneliness, share the joy and sadness as well as offering me a wonderful massage.

There is a friend of mine, named Edmond who is willing to come sp and pay me a visit. I even sacrificed my nap hour just to wait for him to arrive at sp and I am very glad that he reaches sp safely at 6pm sharp. Ok, I admitted that at first there is a little bit of awkward because it was the first meet up for us. But I am totally thankful that things were going smoothly and naturally after the tea time and dinner.

Hey pals, don’t look at me in such a weird way ok? I am a girl and I am supposed to be shy right? Oh please, keep the drama aside…

Along the journey from KL to SP, from a city to a kampung...

A welcome gift for Edmond, black demon devil, i missed this devil very much... :(

On Friday night (18/5/2007), there is no any havoc and happening activities in sp. We just drove around the little city of sp. We even went to Bidong for a magnificent dinner, moreover my friend and I brought him over to our new huge campus. Well, I admitted it that my campus was looked great and stunning at night due to light effect but when it comes to exams and classes, my campus was just looked like a big monster and it is awful to me.

We drove around Cinta Sayang and Carnival water theme park, hoping to sneak into the theme park for free. Hallo, we are just students, we can’t afford for an expensive activities ok? Edmond has a very big appetite, so we went for 50cents nasi lemak to ease the hungriness. So sweet tempered of him, he downloaded some of the movies for me, accompanied me to watch the movie named ‘protégé’, and even offering me a fantastic massage. Anyhow he is kind of good in massage.

On Saturday morning (19/5/2007), my friends and I were ready for the Penang trip. 5 people in one small tiny little kancil, oh I shall give my little car a good and deep kiss. No traffic along the journey and I am able to find a place to stop at the Penang Bridge to snap some pictures. The first stop of Penang trip is biscuits bakery, ok I know it is a little bit of weird, but I just dropped him to get some local goodies for his friends and family, Tambun biscuits and etc.

Next station is New World Park Hawker Centre for brunch, that place is very famous with fruity ice kacang, curry mee, fried oyster and etc. Guess what, I got a bigger prawn in curry mee and char keoy teow but my friend got a smaller prawn in prawn mee, LAME. After the brunch, we went to have the Penang Road Famous Chendul; surprisingly the Singaporeans (Phua Choo Kang) love our Malaysian foods, although the Chendul is slightly a little bit of too sweet for me, but I am still able to finish it but I am so bloated at that moment.

Kek Lok Si, one of the famous temples that you will never ever missed when you come to Penang. Ok, I did prayed for getting a good result, my family and I are happy and healthy always, and I even hope to get my Mr. Right too. Silly huh! But surely I hope my dreams will come true, by the way I even go and hug the Buddha. Air Itam Market is the next target for tea time, Penang Famous Assam Laksa or the well known so called ‘LongKang’ Laksa with the thick fish paste soup. It is very cheap; I guess only rm2.30 per bowl. I am very grateful that my friends are very satisfied with it.

Everyone is almost suffering from the indigestion already, so we decided to go for a movie named ’28 weeks later’ in Queensbay Mall. Although it is a first movie for my friendship, but sorry Edmond, I have to tell it that the movie is suck; we are spending most of time in talking instead of watching movie. After all, I really get a bad headache and dizziness due to the shaky screen, but lucky it didn’t last long.

After the movie, ‘Bukit Genting’ is our next station, wanted to take a pleasure from the sunset scenery but too bad, we couldn’t made it, so end up we are having Thai cuisine at the top of the hill with a superb weather. After dinner, it is the time to go for pasar malam at Bukit Ferringi. Oh well, our mission of the day is to get some cheap DVDs from there, my friend bought me three sets of ‘Desperate Housewife’ series, so tempting and irresistible, million thanks to Edmond. We were spending roughly RM80 just for the darn DVDs, gosh, I am officially broke, we went to buy ourselves a tau fu fa at gurney drive and leave Penang at 1.00am.

Ok, everyone was woke up at 12.00pm on Sunday (20/5/2007) and went for a quick lunch in sp town. Finally, there is someone who got the chance to watch ‘Spiderman 3’, oh is not me, is Edmond, and I got a broken seat, darn irritating, SP cinema is darn lousy. After the movie, is time for tea time...

Just remember that 'after one foot makes a step, the other foot moves forward', we should let go of yesterday's event and concentrate on what has to be done today, keep up the good work, and I will always support you…

*p/s: One week midterm break is going to start from 16^th until 24^th of June, and I just can’t wait to get myself a holiday, this semester is really get a hell out of me, lack of sleep, only get to sleep average 3 to 5 hours a day.

But guess what I am going to KL for ‘Plant Tissue Culture Conference’ and meeting my friends during this one week break. I know I should take a good rest during the holiday but I just can’t help it, I just wanted to go for the conference so badly, you know I am very crazy about plant biotechnology right? Die die also want to go…

It is a 4 days conference which held at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) in KL from 18^th until 21^st of June. It is an international conference; the speakers are coming from different countries such as Japan, Taiwan, United State, Australia and etc. I think it is a very good opportunity for me to gain some wonderful experiences, some exposure toward the plant biotechnology and even some of the well known scientists, exchange contact and etc, who knows I might be major in plant field one day right?

New Semester Le Wei…

My dear readers and friends, greeting everyone, how are you? I hope everyone is having a wonderful and memorable time as well as free from any illness and sickness.

Sorry for the super duper late update, April has been an extremely busy month for me, full of activities, eventful, went out with my friends and family, prepare for the upcoming new semester, partly I am a bit lazy to blog, on phone all the time, went to visit grandma and grandpa and some birthday celebrations were going on too. *wink wink*

On last Monday (23-4-2007), my new semester has officially started and OMFG it will be an extremely tough semester for everyone as well as me. In this stupid semester, I was required to take 7 subjects, which is composed of 5 core papers and 2 electives papers *fainted*.

I was terribly afraid that I couldn’t cope with the stress and pressure, those ego lecturers were started to pressure us with a lot of revision during this holiday, guess what, I am not going to do that, all I need is to give my brain a very good rest, clean and clear.

My time table was tremendously packed, have classes everyday except Sunday, WTF, everyday my classes will be started from 9.30am until 5.30pm, 7 practical, reports and assignments need to be done in every 2 weeks time, wah I think I want to go toilet and poo peacefully also cannot already, no time la wei….

15 main text books are needed for these 7 irritating subjects, currently I have bought and photocopied 5 main text books and 10 mores to go, it is so so so costly and un-fun, one book can cost me around RM100-RM200.

Hello fella, woah I didn’t get to update my blog for almost half a month, am I a lazy worm? Nah no such thing, this few weeks, I was loaded with a lot of assignments, reports, tutorials, study week and even my final exams.

In this short semester, I was required to take two subjects which are Fungus science and enzyme & protein technology. I learned about fungus, edible, medicinal and even poisonous mushroom, ok now who willing to let me poison?

My final exams was officially ended on Thursday (12-4-2007) evening 4.07pm, came back from campus and have a big spring clean of my room and even toilet. What to do, my toilet mate finally has found her true love and lately she was very busy to date with him until no time to clean the toilet, so I have to be the maid, no choice…

Afterwards, my friends and I went for KFC as a commemoration dinner, finally the tough day is gone. In less than 45 minutes, I was reached my home sweet home safely, it was raining all along the journey, went for a supper with mom, fried bihun, chicken legs, and tau fu fa, *wink wink* all also my favourite.

On that night, I was slept at 1am and guess what, I was woke up at 12.30pm in the next day, omg 11 hours, I can’t believe it also and I think I sleep until my mom also cannot recognized me, too pig face already. Hey don’t look at me in such a weird way, I was lacked of sleep during the exam week, can’t help it, I was totally exhausted, the both subjects are killing me softly.

On Friday, I went to clinic and decided to have a chicken pox vaccine, oh yeah, now I was vaccinated, bye bye chicken pox forever, no more chicken pox in this life, nah nah nah, bluek… :p

At night 6pm, my sis, mom and I went to red box for karaoke and buffet. A very wonderful night for me, sang for almost 4 hours and 30 minutes, finished all my lemon coke at the end of the last song, now I need my ‘fisherman friends’ desperately to recover my sweet original voice, talking like a duck now, quack quack quack…

Saturday afternoon, my family and I went to Queensbay and shopping, and I bought a pair of shoes again in Vincci, RM53 with HSBC credit card, OMG, help me, stop me from buying anything from now onwards, I guess my mom is going to bankrupt already, help me, I need to lock myself at home already… :p

Oh I missed home, can have a warm and hot shower, can have a delicious home cooked food, can see my family’s faces, can lie on my lovely new bed, can on phone without using my mobile credits, can kiss my bear bear, can watch TV all the time, can have girl talk with mom and sis, can manja with my brother, being pampered by my family and etc…

Today, 31^st of March is my brother’s birthday. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make a trip back to Penang due to the stupid exams *TAK NAK EXAM*, so no celebration is going on for him this year, but I guess he will definitely have a candle light dinner with his lovely wife aka sister in law.

My brother, is the only man in the family now, he is playing an significant status in my family, consider one of my auto-ATM besides mummy and sister, he is a homely typed man, worked hard for his job and even for the family, the most important thing is he is the only brother for me in this world.

I am so glad to have him as my brother, he will do whatever I want, he will try his very best to fulfill my wishes, he even take care of me, sayang me and he never ever been scolded me before. He even bought me a ‘Tweety bird’ cap in Adelaide during my 15^th years old birthday, but I accidentally lost it in the ‘Movie World Theme Park’, I was totally heart broken and cried it out loud, but he never scolded me. At the end, in order to make me happy, he bought me a white sheep Winnie the Pooh *yeah*.

Although he bought a lot of presents and souvenirs for me, but the most memorable event is when I was young, he brought me to the playground and he played swing together gether with me. When he departed to Adelaide for further studies, I shed my tears quietly and I even have a sleep talking too “where is kor kor, where is kor kor”, my sister was totally pissed off due to the lack of sleep *sorry ya sis*. But I really missed him a lot.

Surprise!!!

Today, Sungai Petani was raining heavily in this evening. Boohoooo, there is a celebration goes on in my heart.

Everyday, the weather in Sungai Petani is totally and absolutely killing me, darn sunny, darn hot, no trees, no river, no shelter and plenty of heat. Everyday, the blardy heat will be warmed up my room; for that reason, I can’t even get a single fresh air in my room, darn irritating *cursing all over the time*.

Moreover, the air conditionals in my university are useless and hopeless, there are not powerful enough *loser*, so you can feel the whole lecture room is very humid. Those inconsiderate Indian girls in my class take off their shoes during the lecture period, the worst thing is they don’t even realize that they have ‘Hong Kong leg’, darn smelly, bad odor, and I almost fainted in the class. I have no idea why they are so thoughtless and selfish, the mixture of humid and the bad odor can make the people throw out their breakfast, lunch and even dinner, useless case.

Good morning everyone, finally I have the chance to blog freely today, just finished my midterm test on Friday which is yesterday. Did some careless mistakes in the midterm paper (Enzyme and Protein Technology) but I think it won’t affect much, so just think positively, and be optimistic right?

The notes that i needed to study for my midterm test, a lot right? Have to memorize all those chemical reaction, scientific names and etc. Fed up already...

Cottage fries, BBQ flavor, and i finished it within few minutes, cant believe it...

Pringles accompanied me during my study period, and i finished it within two days, deng, no more junk food already...

Happie bear bear biscuits, darn nice, cant stop to eat the biscuit, very irresistible, so tempting, and dont tempt me...

Winnie the pooh mush mellow, darn nice, long time didnt eat much mellow already, so cute some more...

Fed up with notes and words, pour out all the mush mellows and cover the notes, dont care already...

Sin Ling is in the exam blues...

Yesterday night, I can’t hide the happiness of finishing exam, my housemates and I decided to go for a movie named “300”. This film is just newly release, in fact it is just the second day only, so it cost us RM8.00 to watch this movie, but I think it is very worth to watch it, it is roughly 2 hours long, it is an action movie, and it is nominated as the best film of the year 2007. Because of this movie, I nearly felt in love with the history. This happened during 480 BC, and it is known as the battle of Thermopylae, an alliance of Greek city-states fought the invading Persian army at the pass of Thermopylae in central Greece. A small force led by King Leonidas of Sparta blocked the only road through which the massive army of Xerxes I could pass.

The king of Sparta, King Leonidas, got six packed on this tummy, so 'man', handsome somemore, i think i felt in love with this uncle already...

The queen of Sparta, darn pretty and brillant, wish to be as pretty as her...

Can you just imagine 300 Spartans successfully defeated roughly 2,641,610 armies during the battle? Sound so impossible right? But it is true, it stated in the history. OMG, they are so strong and brave, even the queen is beautiful and brilliant.

The famous codes in this movie are ‘do not give up, do not surrender, find for the freedom, fight for Sparta and we are born and be proud to die for the country’.

After watching this movie, finally I believe and strongly agree with one proverb which is ‘NEVER SAY DIE”…

Section A: Ah Boy

Ah boy is a very good and hardworking doggie, and he like to tag people. Last time, ah boy did tagged me with the 70 cheong hei questions, and now ah boy tagged me again with the ‘5 things you don’t know about sin ling’. Ah boy, want to cari pasal is it? When I was 2 to 3 years old, my parents sent me to some kids beauty competition, guess what, I won the competition, not champion but first runner up, and the photos are still with my parents *wink*
Sin Ling is a very tall girl, approximately 175cm to 176cm. Sometimes, I wish to have an average height, roughly 170cm. And I have no choice so I have to clean the window every year and even clean the black board *deng*.
Sin Ling’s first bf is an Indian guy. Last time, he is my classmate back to my college time which is year 2004. Due to the long distance relationship, so he decided to end our 5 months relationship *sob sob*.
Sin Ling have a big fat thigh, wanted to keep fit but lazy, no determine. I was an athlete since primary school, so there are a lot of muscles build up since I was young, can’t help it to have a big fat juicy thigh *ewww*.
Sometimes, Sin Ling can be very patient, can be very emotional, can be very perfectionist, can be very hardworking, can be very lazy, can be very bad temper, can be very kind, can be very soft hearted, can be very happy, can be very serious and etc. The miserable SIN LING… :)

A million million sorry to my dearest lb and kyh, sorry that I couldn’t finish my meme in time, but at least I try my best right? I think it is the easiest meme compare to the cheong hei 70 questions. I love something simple and comfortable, I dislike something look messy and complicated. Yesterday night, I went for a Chinese New Year movie with two of my housemates, what movie is that? Named ‘The Lady Iron Chef’, acted by Hacken Lee and Charmaine Sheh.

At first, she (Charmaine Sheh) is a very lousy cook, she doesn’t even know how to cook, she even bombs her kitchen while everytime she cooks and she fall in love with a guy (Hacken Lee) who is the owner of the largest catering corporations in Hong Kong. But the Hacken’s mother does not agree with this relationship, so Charmaine has to try her very best to become a good chef in order to be with her loves one.

Hallo everyone, I am back, I am back and I am back. YAY I am so happy that I can formally back to blogging life. I was officially got well since 2 days ago, ate Bihun all the while for almost one and a half week.

I just finished one of my midterm papers today, which is the ‘Fungal Science and Biotechnology’. Next midterm paper will be on the 9^th of March, named ‘Enzyme and Protein Technology’ *sound so pro*.

Thousand thanks to all the loyal readers for the lovely moral supports, birthday wishes, Chinese New Year wishes and even ‘get well’ wishes. During February, a lot of celebrations were going on with my friends, my 21^st birthday, Chinese New Year and even Valentine’s Day. Too many to update…

When I was sick, there are a lot of people taking care of me, sending their regards, bought food for me, even give me some presents, and I promise I will take care of myself and seal my broken heart.

March 2007 will be the brand new month for me…

Hallo everyone, time flies, I just got to finish my 2 weeks holiday, and now I am in Sungai Petani again. Yesterday, I went to campus and register for my new subjects in this new semester. Unfortunately, the class has started today. Um, almost everyone is still in the holiday mode, approximately 30% of them are absence. The class for this week will be rushed like mad because we need to do the replacement classes for the Chinese New Year holiday.

Although the Valentines Day is in less than 24 hours, but my heart is still very worried about my last semester’s results, results haven’t come out yet. Honestly, I am pretty nervous and tension about it. I hope that I can pass with flying colour. I think the results will be out in 1 or 2 days time if not mistaken, guy, wish me luck, ok? I need it despera 6 hours outing. Not bad, we are having a lot of fun. My girl friends were tely.

Last Friday, I am so glad that finally I have the chance to meet my girl friends, who knew each other since college. They came back for Chinese New Year holiday, and we just have a short celebrated my birthday in advance, we went to Red Box and sing karaoke. Latest songs? No, we sang:

After this, we decided to have a cup of tea at Winter Warmer. We had ordered Irish Cream Tea Latte, ice blended mocha, ice blended banana and mixed fruit waffle. Yummy, it is nice and tasty, and I am so thankful that the bonding between us is still very strong. No doubt, we just met each other for 2 to 3 times in a year after we leave the college but I still believe that fate has brought us together.

Farm Girl is Back In Action (Part A).....

Ladies and gentleman, the farm girl is back in action. Last Thursday, I went to Cameron highland with my family for 3 days 2 nights trip *yeah*.

On Thursday morning, I dropped by at Gunung Lang Recreation Park in Ipoh. Not much people know about it. It only recently officially opened its door to public with boating service starting from April of 2004. The entrance fee is RM3.00 for adult and RM1.50 for senior citizens. Although the dimension of the park is only 28 hectare but the place is very windy, with nice sceneries, and definitely is a good place for bird watching, picnic and etc. Why don’t you just pay a visit?

Gunung Lang Recreation Park in Ipoh, nice scenery right? Very windy and refreshing... :)

Cameron Highland is located in the state of Pahang at 1525m above the sea level. It consists of a series of little townships which include Ringlet, Tanah Rata, Brinchang, Tringkap, Kuala Terla and Kampung Raja. The majority of its people are employed in agriculture, tourism and hospitality industry. Being a popular hill resort, Cameron Highland is well developed with visitor amenities, tourist attractions, activities and a range of accommodation for a comfortable, leisurely holiday in a cool invigorating climate. So I think Cameron Highland is a wonderful place for us to relax our mind, distress and away from the busy life *syoknya*.

During this trip, I stayed in Iris House Hotel in Brinchang. I love staying in Brinchang because it is very convenience; we can go to Tanah Rata and Tringkap just in few minutes time. RM266 for 3 days 2 nights stay, very cheap you know compare to other hotel, come and stay with me in Iris House Hotel ya... :)

It is freaking cold in Cameron Highland, 18 - 20^oC in the morning and 14 - 18^oC in the night, the weather had made my skin smoother, brighter and ‘redder’ *natural facial treatment*. On Thursday night, my family and I were having steamboat for dinner at Brinchang. The food is delicious and it only cost us RM13 per person. Hey guy, search for this restaurant in Brinchang named ‘OK Tuck’, it is cheap and worth to eat. No regret. Other recommended restaurants are ‘The Oriental Restaurant’ in Tanah Rata and Pasar Malam (Friday night) in Brinchang.

During this trip, I have visited a lot of place and there are Tanah Rata, some hotels, BOH Tea Plantation, Rose Valley, Ee Feng Gu (Bee Farm) Apiary Sdn. Bhd., Kea Farm, Agro-Technology Park Mardi, Sam Poh Temple, Cactus Valley, Blue Valley and etc.

28-1-2007 (Sunday)

Last Sunday, my family and I were staying in the house for the whole day except went out for lunch and dinner. It was great, and I get the chance to spend some quality times with my family. In the middle of no way, there was some ‘god knows’ Buddhism Parade going on right in front of my apartment. With my ‘kaypoh’ attitude, my mom and I went and have a look, and I able to take some photos too while waiting for Mcd delivery.

29-1-2007 (Monday)

I woke up in the morning at 11am, get ready for an outing, sent my shoes to repair, having western food with my mom as a lunch, and went to have a hair cut. My friend, the barber, named Benny *not Barney*, he gave me a new hair style, called ‘Victoria hair style’ *OMG I looked like Victoria Beckham* :p. The hair effect is not as good as Victoria Beckham because my hair is not long enough *deng*.

After a nice hair cut, my mummy sent me to have my very first facial treatment, the whole package included the hair cut will be RM 118. Since my face has too many of black head, so it took some times for the beautician to squeeze out the black head *ouch*, darn painful. I felt like being punched by her, and I nearly cry *sob sob*. Afterward, I have a nice massage and a very cooling, refreshing mask. Mission accomplished after 2 hours. Now, no more aches, but have a beautiful and smooth face. Hehe…

After that, my mom and I went for a shopping section at Gurney Plaza from 5.30pm until 10pm. Hehe, I bought a pair of sport shoes for RM188 and 2 bags for RM50. My mom successfully gets herself a new pair of sport shoes for RM128 and a new Bonia Spec for RM500. At night, we went for a dinner at Kim Gary Restaurant in Gurney Plaza Penang, no regret; I have a lovely meal with my mummy.

30-1-2007 (Tuesday)

Hooray, my bf came to Penang today. He dropped by at Prai industrial area and searched for his company, named Winchem (M) Sdn.Bhd. He needs to go for his first industrial training in this coming Thursday *let’s pray for him*. He reached Penang safely at 2.05pm, we went for his favourite chicken rice as our lunch, we watched 3.45pm movie, Epic movie *idiot movie*, and we ate Baskin Robbin ice cream together gether. Tomorrow is the last day to use the ‘buy 1 free 1’ coupon already *sob sob*.

My mom cooked tonight, so we were having dinner at home with my mom, has fish, meat, vegetable, ABC soup and my bf is bloated, hehe :p. After dinner, we have desert section, eating ice cream again, Mcd flurry Oreo, Orange Sorbet and La Cremeria from Nestle. Besides that, we were having kai keok, keoy teow soup and tau fu fa for supper. I think I really gained a lot of weight after I came back from Sungai Petani. Hehe…

Home blardy sweet home.....

Good day ladies and gentleman, yeah, I am officially backed to my home sweet home for 2 and a half days. I was reached home safely on Wednesday at 5.30pm. I was very excited to be home, can go shopping with my mom *mobile ATM*, can eat plenty of nice food and home cooked food, can pamper by my mother, brother and sister, can sleep on my own nice bed, can hug my snoopy, can wash my clothes without using my hand *thank you, washing machine uncle* and etc.

On Wednesday itself, my mummy cooked a lot of my favourite dishes such as vegetable, steam fish, fried eggs and ABC soup *yummy*. Hey guys, this is the first home cooked food for me in New Year 2007, don’t be so shocked ok? I just realized that I didn’t get to eat my mom’s cooking since 3 months ago and I just miss it. This is a place where MSG and food additives are not added in the food *no hair loss problem*. As I promised to my mummy that, I am going to fetch her to market this Sunday and she will bought me all my favourite food and cook, definitely included my favourite mushrooms, fishball, fish and steak… :D

After the dinner, my mummy and I went for a shopping in GAMA shopping centre. Although there are a lot of aunties went there for shopping, but I can guarantee you that the food and daily use are cheap compare to other shopping centre such as Giant, Tesco, Cold Storage, Watson and Guardian. When I have a semester break, I definitely will bought a lot of stuff to backup, so no hunger and shortage of daily use in Sungai Petani. This time, as usual I bought a lot of food, hair and body shampoo, snack, Maggie mee and etc and it cost me RM135.80 just for this small little section. I guess my mummy knew that she is going to bankrupt once I come back *yeyeye = evil smile*. Besides that, I bought two dresses on the same day too. What to do, nowadays I barely can buy a dress which shows a thin body figure, and these two dresses did a good job. It cost me RM150. After shopping, I bought chicken feet (kai keok) and keow tiew soup for my supper, and I ate 5 pairs of kai keok *yummy*.

Not a wedding gown, i am going to wear it during chinese new year, wanted to search for a hand bag and accessory...

On Thursday itself, I went to my Ipoh neighbour’s funeral a.k.a my family’s best friend. The couple met an accident when they drove to Air Tawar to see their daughter who having her national service there *sob sob*. The husband departed his life; currently the wife is resting in the Fatimah Hospital and leaving 3 sisters. His body is cremated at the Crematory Bercham Kek Lo Si. I felt so sad during the funeral and I started to think about my daddy. When my daddy pass away, his family was accompanied us and tried to help us during the funeral, the same thing goes on.

While the 3 daughters saw us, we hugged together and cried. The elder sister is working but not in a very high income, the second daughter is studying, graduating in 5 months time, the younger daughter is in the National Service and waiting for SPM results. I was really worried about them. We exchanged our phone number and I am very sure that we will be the first one to help them once they call us. I just don’t want to lose any one of them anymore. After the funeral, while waiting for my sister to meet her customers, my mom and I went for a shopping at Jusco and Ipoh Perade. We walked until no energy or maybe we are just not in the mood. I just bought a pair of shoes only.

While on my way back to Penang, my left hand started to pain, my sister sent me to see Chinese doc. The Chinese doc said that I was having a big water bubble inside my hand and it caused my hand painful. So he decided to save my left hand with acupuncture. Not painful at all, I mean when the needle poked into my hand. I went back home and slept for 14 hours from 10pm until the next day 12pm. I told you I am not in the mood right?

Today, Friday, I was resting and staying in the house for the whole day with delicious home cooked food *because my hand very painful*.

p/s: went for Baskin Robbin on Thursday and Friday with ‘buy 1 free 1’ coupons, chocolate chip rulez… :) Have a great weekend ya...

Trip to Tanjung Dawai.....

Hallo ladies and gentleman, tomorrow is my last exam paper for this semester. The time passes, day by day, I still remember that I started this semester on the 18^th of September 2006 and now ended on the 24^th of January 2007. This semester brought me through year 2006 to year 2007. Although it is a very tough semester for us, but there are a lot of memories with my beloved housemates and classmates in this semester, everyone is getting closer, organized a lot of activities, made a lot of jokes and etc.

Tomorrow I will be going back to Penang right after my exam, should be 4pm, I don’t want to depart in the evening because I wanted to avoid the traffic jam and reach home safely. At this moment, I am having a mix feeling, I can’t wait to be home to see my family but I don’t feel like going back because I will be seeing my housemates only in a month time. Besides that, my bf will be having his first industrial training in the next semester which is started on the 1^st of February, couldn’t spend much time with each other already, and I miss him *sob sob*.

Ok, I know life must go on, so I will be back to Penang with a very happy mood. I can:

1. Go shopping for food and daily uses, shirt, skirt, dress for Chinese New Year *grin*.

2. Eat my favourite food, ice cream such as home cook food, Nando chicken, steamboat, Japanese food, western food and etc *yum yum*.

3. Top up my pocket money $$$, is a very important factors.

4. Meet my college, school friends, my relatives and definitely my god mummy Angel.

5. Be a good daughter for my mummy and be a good sister for my brother and sister *manja manja*.

6. A good and nice haircut.

Since, I am going back in another 16 hours, so my bf decided to bring me to go eat seafood at a very ulu kampung today named Tanjung Dawai. Although it is a kampung area but the environment and the sceneries, is totally far away from the cities. Cities are surrounded with tall building and Tanjung Dawai is surrounded with sea and paddy field. I was totally amazed by the sceneries, Malays are having a simple life there, playing kite, selling food, and etc. No stress, no tension, having their own house, have plenty of children and etc.

We heard that the place is very famous with the ikan bakar (fried fish), so we decided to have our dinner there. We ordered sting ray ikan bakar, fried sotong, si ham, prawn and spicy crab *really spicy*. It only cost us RM13 per person, it is cheap and affordable for a student. I really have a nice day there.

But after one day, the dog is migrated to my room and accompanied me. Hehe, the dog is too attractive to me already *grin*, can’t resist and don’t tempt me please… :p

Yesterday, my dear klang klang lb tagged me with the first time ever I... Since I almost finished my exam, and my dearest lb want me to crack my head again, so I answered it. Here, it goes…

The first time ever I….

1. feed my neighbour’s dog with my dog’s poo…

When I was young, roughly 5 to 6 years old, I have three little cute puppies in my house. They always do their ‘business’ in the garden, I always accidentally stepped on it and sometimes the mango from my mango tree will be felt on it also *Yuck*. Some are in long shape and some are in liquid stage. One day, I have nothing to do besides playing and studying, so I picked up the dog’s poo and brought it to my neighbour’s dog. At that time, I was very curious on whether the dog will eat their poo or not, so I brought it to my neighbour’s dog and I saw the dog licked the poo *Yuck Yuck Yuck*. On the same day, I was being whacked by my mom from doing such thing… :)

2. thrown my medicine into the drain…

When I was 5 to 6 years old, I have nose allergic, I need to take a lot of supplements and medicines. As I mentioned in the previous post, I hate bitter stuff such as medicine and antibiotics pills. So, I decided to throw the medicine into the drain while my mummy and daddy are not looking at me and I successfully did it. When I thought I am the baby genius in the world *so proud*, my mummy took her hand and smacked on my smooth backside *plak*. I wonder how she knew it, you know how? Because the water didn’t drain off the medicine and she found it in the drain *darn bad luck*.

3. played the slide until my panty turned from white to brown…

There is a huge slide in my kindergarten. While waiting for my bus to pick us back, my friends and I will be having fun at the playground. I like to play extreme sport such as slide *bluek*, so I can jump from the top to the bottom, so satisfied *um…*. We will spent almost 5 to 10 minutes just to play on the slide *no choice, that’s the only entertainment*. After I went back to my house, I have a hot shower, and thrown the panty in the big pail and my mummy will washes it. Suddenly, she took the panty out and asked me what I did to the panty, it turned from white to brown and there are plenty on ants on the panty too… *Yuck*: p

4. lost my daddy…

When I was 13 years old, my daddy pass away peacefully in his room, no illness, no disease, he slept and he left. Everyday, my daddy definitely will come into my room and wake me up at 9am. But on that day, I tried to wake my daddy up at 9am and mission failed. I tried to tickle him, I tried to kiss my daddy, I tried to pull him out from the bed, and my daddy just didn’t response to me, I cried, I lied on his body, tried to keep his body warm, my tear dropped on his body, I put my ear near to his heart, he just left me an empty bed, no more, no more and no more…

5. saw a people committed suicide in front of me…

When I was 19 years old, I entered university and I met my new bf. We used to hang out a lot in the Mcd for ice cream and French fries. While talking to my bf, I saw an object dropped from the top to the basement of the shopping complex, the shoes flung out and his pant burse, no blood, no organs were coming out and he dies on the spot. I was freaked up for almost 30 minutes. It just looked similar to the scene in the horror movie *Yuck*, I hate it…

Ok, I know I have a very naughty childhood life, no eye see right? cover your eye with your spoon and become ‘ham tan chew yan’ (salted eye superman) like me ok? :)

Depends on the situation, vege or not vege also nevermind, but my favourite is rib eye steak *yum yum* and mushrooms :)

If heaven got beautiful angels and handsome guys *wink wink* then I surely will believe in and definitely will go to heaven.

Right hand: a silver bell bell bracelet and silver ring which given by mom not him la.

I prefer midnight, can be god be ghost in the midnight, and can see handsome sleeping god in the dream… :)

Apa barang pun makan, cannot be so choosy, daddy and mummy don’t like *good girl*.

No no no, I prefer natural beauty during adolescent, working maybe in order to attract hamsap customers… :p

Have to depend on my hubby’s surname *shy shy*.

I think I would like to go to New Zealand or Switzerland to squeeze milk, to cut sheep hair *Liucas want me to cut your hair?*, to roll on the grass *Bollywood style*, to shopping, to buy chocolate, to see the scenery and etc.

Oh yeah, a lot, all bear bear are in one corner of my bed, but they didn’t tell me whether I got snore or not.

Win already then only decide, maybe go for travel, save it for the future use, have my own business and design something to benefit the society *so wai tai*, donate some to charity *wish me luck ya!*.

Black paper roasted chicken, at least it can satisfy my tummy…

I prefer beach, so can hunt for biatch, see handsome guy, can manage a motel, sell coconut drink there, can get sun burn, have sea breeze, lying on the sand and I love watching stars in the night, see turtle lay eggs, see sun rise, sun set, whales and kill sharks to make shark fins soup.

My bf’s chest but no six pack of muscle :p.

Taken my supper, Maggie mee cup at my housemate’s room (Yen Chiew) and watch one episode of series to distress, it is the best way to distress and satisfy my hungry stomach.

Last week, while I was preparing for my exam, my mummy gave me a surprise call, and I cried it out loud, I am not weak but my brain just loaded with too much of information/theory and I cannot digested it, very stressful and my tear just rolled down automatically, can’t help it.

Everyday wear skirts and dress? So boring, tak mahu la, girl can wear long jean right?

Oh ya, had a car accidents back to year 2004, my car was being bang by one motor, darn it, terpaksa to claim insurance and curse the driver to the max. Besides that, I met a hamsap policeman a month ago. He purposely stopped my car and said want to fine me for no reason. He asked for my phone number, my hometown and treat him a meal, what the fark. If I didn’t fulfilled his wishes then he is going to fine me, but when he knew that we are from the same kampung, Ipoh then he let me go without penalty me. OMFG, he is just another asshole and farker policeman.

33. What’s your favourite shampoo conditioner and soap?
Rejoice shampoo and pH5.5 body shampoo, but I didn’t use any hair conditioner because I am lazy to wait and rinse my hair with water again.

According to my sis and mummy, I mumbled a lot. When my brother went to Australia for further study, I miss him, I mumbled the whole night and I know my sister was very pissed off because she couldn’t sleep… :p

Tak Nak Exam.....

In less than 35 hours, I have to sit for the final exam already, my brain is exhausted, no appetite, tasteless, colorless, dullness, panic, rate of heartbeat increased, difficulty in breathing, stressful, homesick, can’t enjoy the new year and etc.

Nowadays, raining heavily, flood everywhere, I just wish that the thunderstorm can hits the examination halls, the exam cancel forever, so I no need to sit for the exam. Ok, I know is impossible but nothing is impossible right *hehe dreaming*?

Yesterday, I went to the campus and obtained my exam slip. My index number for this exam is 8524, in Cantonese called: ‘pa mu yi sei’, means I won’t be dying so easily in this exam. I hope it is real, so I can pass my exam with flying colour.

I am not superstitious ok?

Am i look like a bunch of healthy eggs...? *wink wink*

Happy New Year 2007 to everyone, this is my first post for year 2007. Therefore, I promise I will try my best to improve my blog in order to satisfy my dear readers :) . Final examination is coming soon, so I didn’t get the chance to update my blog and the recent activities *apologize*.

On the 31^st of December 2006, which is the New Year Eve, my housemate and I have a plenty of activities on that night in order to farewell year 2006 and welcome year 2007 *open my arm widely*. On that night, we went to a well known café in sp to countdown, named Cacao, not a very pleasant name, but I fancy the decoration of the café. It is definitely a correct place for a small gathering to carry on among the friends and absolutely will be the right place for us to have our meal.

That night, I ordered a drink named ‘cream and cookies ice blended’, cream of mushroom soup, Cacao fried spicy spaghetti and bucket of fries. The food is delicious, the price is consider reasonable and can be afforded by a normal student like me. We spent almost 3 hours in the café from 9.30pm until 12.30am, we have photo shooting section, chit chatting, hunting for handsome guys and pretty girls, eating our meals and I talked to a transsexual, a ‘girl’ o.O *wooo…*. She really looked like a girl than me, so decent, pretty, nice body figure and the voice… ermm… ermm… *I think you know what I am trying to say right?*

After we leave the café, we went for the mamak stall again *the nasi lemak stall that I mentioned in the previous post*, this time I have one packed of nasi lemak only because I am not drunk *hehe*. Although I am not drunk (this time), but that day I mistakenly called a 22 years old guy as uncle. Oppsie, he beh syok already and he called me ‘aunty’, darn it being curse by the first day of Year 2007, first half an hour of the year 2007 somemore (12.30am) *cursing all along*, I am only 20 years old, younger than him ok? *geram*

After that, we have a TVB series marathon named ‘War and Beauty’, this series have 30 episodes, and we finished it within 3 days. It is a very nice series, but for some people, it might be a very boring series due to the difficulty on understanding then language. I am very sure that for those people who Chinese educated will love this series very much, this story is about based on one of the China dynasties. As we know that, last time the Chinese emperors have a lot of mistresses in the palace *wish to be the emperor*, those mistresses will do whatever they want in order to attract the emperor. I was very satisfied with the series but now I am darn panic because I am going to sit for the exam in 3 days time *sob sob*. A lot of preparations need to be done, final revision, and etc. We are not really please with the exam schedule because the exam schedules are very packed, very annoying, even Saturday has to sit for the exam too *seriously feel like crying*.

One day more or should I say few hours more, we should be prepared and get ready to countdown for the New Year 2007. Year 2006, consider a very tough year for me. Studies, relationship and friendship are up and down, and I am very thankful that my beloved family, and close friends kept me accompanied throughout the whole year 2006, lifted me up when I fall, shared my happiness and sadness Without them, I might just mentally breakdown and cry it out loud *sob sob*.

Every year, my mom and I will definitely go to the temple and pray in order to wish for a better and smooth year ahead. Although I prayed, but I know there will be some challenges are still waiting me, in order for me to grow up, be mature and improve my management skills and etc *determined*. So I have to be brave to solve it and handle it positively. I know all those challenges will definitely bring us some hints and lead us to a better life later on. Sin Ling, stand up and be brave to all those problems, I am very sure that I can handle it very well :) *gambateh*.

I am a girl who like to celebrate all those festivals included Hari Raya, Deepavali, Christmas and etc. So absolutely there will be some activities carried on during this weekend in turn to say goodbye to year 2006 and welcome a better year 2007 *hurray*.

My housemate, my bf and I went for a midnight movie (Eragon) at Central Square, sp, 11.15pm. It is a very nice and emotional movie, and I cried in the cinema *so embarrassing* when the uncle die. I just can’t stop my tear from rolling down.

But I am still thinking of all those main character in those big movies are so useless and hopeless like Eragon, Lord of the rings and etc *hehe no offense*. Actually all those heroes are the knights who always protected the main character from harm and injury. So, the main character is just another idiot. Today I woke up late again and I had two hotdogs and a cup of Milo for lunch. I am not kept fits and no such word ‘keep fit’ in my dictionary. After that, we went for a badminton game from 5pm – 8pm, a last badminton game for year 2006. We have a lot of fun, healthy, made a lot jokes, tried to kill the opponent during the games, photo section and definitely ~~gossip~~ chit chat. After the game, we totally exhausted and hungry, so we went for a mamak stall and I order my favourite bihun tom yam *yum yum*…

After the dinner, we straight went to the Billion Shopping mall to buy the junk foods and alcoholic drink for the Saturday night fever. I bought a bottle of pink vodka for RM7.95 and it contained 5% of alcohol. OK, at first I just want to buy Shandy because I am not really a good wine drinker but I was being warned by my housemate, yen chiew because Shandy is just for kids not for adults *darn*, so I have no options. I don’t want to drink Carlsberg and etc because it has a bitter smell so yen chiew recommended me the pink vodka.

I still can remember very clearly that when I was young, I went to Australia and have wine testing and I slept the whole journey. Yesterday night, we have a movie marathon while drinking my beloved vodka, I like it, it like a fruit juice and I am in heaven ~~~. My face was hot, red, and feel like sleeping. In order to prove that I am not drunk, I went to a very famous nasi lemak stall and I ate 3 nasi lemak in one shot, I am the champion of my house ~~~~. Came back at 3am and straightaway on my bed *Zzzzzz*…

Yesterday early morning, I called our ‘blardy best’ broadband in Malaysia, tmnet, they said the earthquake in Taiwan has damaged submarine cables that form part of the region-wide Asia Pacific Cable Network 2, disrupting voice and Internet communications over much of Asia, so they cannot do anything at this moment and they have no idea how long will this problem last.

23/12/2006 (Saturday)

Nothing much happened on the Saturday after an exciting night on Friday. That day, I woke up very late, nearly 2pm. Ok ok I know I am a piggy *grin*. After that, my bf, housemate and I went for a quick lunch at some kampung area. Surprisingly, the food is cheap and delicious *yum yum*, followed by 3 hours badminton games.

I was totally exhausted because I didn’t get to play badminton since 17 years old. You know when people tend to grow up, we will go for relaxation like shopping, spa and etc. than sports, so I would like to brush up my badminton skills *determined* with my fellow friends. After the game, we went for a dinner, get to meet my housemate’s family which is also my bf’s foster family.

24/12/2006 (Sunday)

That day, I woke up late again due to the muscle ache *Ouch*, what to do, long time didn’t play badminton already (sendiri cari pasal). Simultaneously, my housemate’s aunty was moving into her new house and she lacked of man power, so my bf and I decided to help her moved some her furniture.

At 5pm, my bf and I decided to go Penang to have our Christmas Eve celebration and countdown *happy happy* with my classmates. My classmates went for a movie but my bf and I couldn’t make it, so we went for a roadside cheap western food stall. Although, the place do not have romantic candle light, no love songs, no nice tables and chairs, but the food is tasty, at least we can afford it and I really enjoy about it.

After dinner, we went to gurney plaza, have window shopping, and I saw my favourite toy in ‘Memory lane’ shop, my baby Ivan. I wanted it so badly, the toy is limited edition, and it is very difficult to hunt for it. It is very expensive, so we didn’t buy it and I feel so miserable *sob sob*.

My bf knew that I am very upset so he bought me a red rose in order to cheered me up. OMG, that day is the first time I got a rose from him. Honestly, I didn’t get a single rose from him before that why I am so blardy excited *touched*.

While waiting for my friends, we ate Mcd ice cream, my favourite cone vanilla sundae and French fries. We went for the hawker food with my friends to eat again, Ikan Bakar, Cha Kuey Teow, Tao Fu Fa, Soya Bean and etc. That is my supper. I think I gained weight *big Burp…. *. Hehe.. Excuse me, Can't help it.

We went for Christmas countdown with friends at gurney plaza, and I being sprayed a lot by my friends, end up my shirt and skirt are smelly and dirty. We sprayed each other, watched firework, and enjoyed the every single moment there. We have a lot of fun and reached home safely at 3pm. All I want to say is “thank you to my bf and friends, I really have a tremendous day with you all, thank for giving me your precious time, a very big muakz for you all”.

Hallo, great day to everyone! Recently, I didn’t get to update everyday because I was ill and unwell, have a serious flu, nose blocked and now feeling better. I told myself that I have to get well before the Christmas Eve and I did it.

Today, my mom gave me a morning call; I almost forget that today is “Guo Tong” Festival and she reminded me. I couldn’t make a trip back to Penang, so sad, still remained in sp. I couldn’t eat my favourite “tong yun” and I miss it. When I was young, my mom told me that one “tong yun” indicated that I am one year older. But I don’t care already, so I ate almost 50 to 60 tong yun for every year. So I should be 55x20 = 1100 years old. I am a witch *muahaha evil laugh*… :p

Moreover, my classes for this semester have officially ended, so no more classes for next week *yeah*, but have final exam in 2 more weeks *Big Diu*. Almost everyone went back to their hometown to have their Christmas and new year celebration. My brother went back to Ipoh too *sob sob* and he will be back on 2^nd of January 2007 and I will be prepared for my studies in sp. In the mean while, some celebrations will be still carried on, need to relax also right? Agree?

Before that, we have Christmas gift exchange among the housemates. As a student, we do not have much cash in our hand, our parents do not give us extra money, because they do not want us to overspend. We didn’t go clubbing, pub, club, didn’t drink and smoke, we only go for mamak, Tesco and window shopping. We will only spend for those necessary stuffs. So, I decided to get some expensive junk foods for my housemates *officially broke*.

I gave my brother 2 packages of “mister potatoes” and my toilet mate, yen chiew a huge Pringles. My bf definitely will have more presents from me which are voodoo doll (hopefully can bring him some lucks in his studies), one package of “Lays” potato chip (darn expensive) and 1 can of vanilla coke (his favourite).

Besides that, my brother gave me a huge Pringles, and yen chiew gave me two bars of nestle milky bar *yum yum*. Thank you my fellow housemates. However, I get myself a snowman bear bear, a voodoo doll and 3 fantastic stars to decorate my room *yeah*. Now my room definitely looked better and nicer. It is still a mystery, I wonder what my bf will give me as a Christmas present, his heart? Who knows… *wink wink*

I am a girl who treat everyone equally, so I would like to give you all a Christmas present too, proudly present *drumroll*…..

Today, since everyone are in a good mood, so we decided to have our dinner at one famous café in sp, named seventeen *cacat name*. What to do, not much choices in sp. Another reason is we have the coupons for free drink, free ice blended drink in this cafe. Hehe, Free Of Charge woh… :)

Kinda fark up, because we didn’t get to use this coupons due to some small potato singer (Christopher Lay or 黎升铭) came to perform in this café @#$%^&*!@#, cursed him to the max. Somemore, we sat at the first table and started wondering how to escape after our dinner.

When he came, he just looked like another sissy to me and not really a good looking guy, totally not interested in him. But when he opened his mouth, his song touched my heart, his eyes contact made me melt, his smile sent me to magical wonderland and his actions send me to heaven. He successfully captured my attention towards him *OMG, I am so darn FAK HIAO on the spot*.

The waitress came and sold his CD for RM25, consider cheap, because the normal price is RM37.90. Too bad, I am a student, no money for expensive CD, so I decided to come and download from the internet, yes I did it again.. hehe :) pirated rocks…

We leave the café at 10.40pm, darn it, couldn’t get a signature from him because we don’t have his poster and CD. I miss the opportunity. Fine, we went for a midnight show which is Night At The Museum. It is a nice movie, I laught my ass off in the cinema and the cinema was almost fully occupied. I strongly recommended you guys to watch this movie. It is hilarious, funny, bodoh, insane and entertaining, it can change your mood from bad to happy. Why don’t you give a try?

Wish to have a lucky Wednesday......

Tomorrow is Wednesday, my class is going to start from 9.30am until 5.30pm, another long and taxing day. My lecturers need to finish all those syllabuses before Christmas holiday and study week. Moreover, my final semester exam is coming soon, 3 weeks from now, which is 8/1/2006 until 24/1/2006. I couldn’t afford to fail it, because it might pull down my CGPA and I don’t want to disappoint my mom and family also :'(

The highlight for tomorrow is, my lecturers are going to distribute another 3 midterm papers. 3 papers in one shot, if my heart cannot support, I definitely will have heart attack on the spot. *sob sob* At this moment, I am very happy with my previous paper which is Applied Microbiology and Fermentation Technology, because I successfully scored 37.5 out of 40, but the lecturers still warned us that it won’t be so easy for the final. Wahlaueh, midterm also feel so difficult already, somemore harder for final, go to die la… Guys, I need luck for tomorrow and final paper, pray for me ok? :)

Besides that, I was being super duper lazy for the last weekend, I nearly being influenced by my brother *put the blame on my brother first* . I am slightly addicted to DOTA game *sendiri cari pasal*. It is so interesting and required a lot of techniques in order to be pro in the game. I don’t have the techniques and skills to play DOTA, so I play bunny maze, Christmas maze, hungry dogs, poke poke orge and etc, I won 2 games, only 2 games, very proud already u know *self praise = no praise*, I am just a beginner, definitely being curse badly in the game because don’t know how to play, but I enjoyed about it…

During weekend, even found out that the latest game *memang sendiri cari pasal*, DINER DASH 3, should be released 1 or 2 weeks ago. This game is all about Flo (very good and dedicated waitress), after she builds a dining empire from scratch and saving five restaurants from the wrecking ball (DINER DASH 2), Flo trades in her apron for a passport to paradise. But when Flo's suitcase suddenly spills into the water, she must rely on her table-serving talents to get her vacation (and her lost wardrobe) back on track and the games begin…..

This is Flo, the best waitress in the game world, and I guarantee that it will never exist in the real life, man.

This post is to dedicate to my beloved Angel and Kenneth, 2nd year anniversaries. Angel is my ex college lecturer and foster mummy. Eventually Kenneth becomes my foster daddy. They have adopted 2 kids, Sin Ling and Shankar. Shankar is my best buddy and good brother since college. Congratulation to mummy and daddy, miss them very much, didn’t get to see them for almost 4 months already.

Year 2004, angel is research officer in Penang Botanic Garden and my ex college biology lecturer, she was very strict, nice and a very dedicated lecturer. Almost everyone scored very well in her paper. We like her very much, we have presentation, field trip to penang botanic garden, extra class, prom night, floral festival and etc. We nearly lost her as our lecturer during the mid of year 2004 due to her packed schedules in her full time job. We kept on sending emails, cards and try our best to persuade her to withdraw her decision. We have a tough time, but at the end of day, she stays… *touched*

After my final exam, Shankar and I decided to work as a volunteer in Penang Botanic Garden and Angel looked after us. We have a lot of field trips, funny chats, shopping, breakfasts, lunches, tea times, gossips, being accused, up and down, and lot of sweet memories. She pampered us very much, because we hardworking and can click very well with her *blink blink*. At the end of the year, we helped her to decorate her new house, buy furniture, clean house, cooking and etc. We even overnight at her new house a couple of times already. We have a very fun and tired night, we took the mattress and slept together in the living room, and she couldn’t sleep and observed us, she found out that Shankar used the bed sheet as a blanket because we on the air condition and I stole shankar’s blanket and suddenly smile pula.. *malu malu* hehe :)

How’s Angel become our mummy? One day, shankar and I were arguing on who is going to use the toilet first, she angry already and she arranged for us, I used her toilet and shankar used the common toilet. I win yeah… *hero of the day* At night, she brought us to eat wan tan mee. Shankar and I said that she started to behave like our mother, even since she is our mummy…

After her new house renovation, she is getting married. I couldn’t attend her wedding because my grandpa passed away. I was very sad but I know she is the queen of the day, and I only can bless her quietly in my heart…

March 2005, I have to go, I have to go university, and my new intake is in march. They quietly planned a farewell party for me, and she brought me to the penang most beautiful waterfall which I always wanted to go. Half of my friends came, and I silently shed my tears, we have a lot of photo sections, I miss them and I miss her. I realized that working with her and a bunch of guys was really great and interesting. I cannot afford to loss them, off course Angel too.

There he goes, given a lot space to him, end up I am alone again in the house.

I miss our memories. One and half years ago, he took an umbrella and walk to my hostel while raining, we walked together to the bus station and wait for university bus.

After few months, we changed to non hostelite, he everyday fetched me to class by his motor and I hugged him.

After few more months, he has his current car and I brought my own car, started to fetch his course mates and I stated to carpool with my brother. No more hugging…

Today, no more hugging, no more goodbye, standing behind his car and see his car getting far away from me, standing alone with my umbrella in the rain, speechless…

Time pass by, we have change, no more hugging, no more cheek kissing, no more dating, no more…

Saturday (9/12/2006)

My god brother and I went to PC fair in centre square, sp. OMFG, it is the lousiest PC fair that I have even seen in my life (cross my finger). There are only a few shops displayed their products, there are no pretty girls, handsome guys and free mouse pad too. Um, what a disappointment.

There is only 2 shops displayed digital camera, one is canon, and another one is Teica, some china brand less company. Obviously, canon will be too expensive for me and as a student I don’t think I can afford it, partly stingy also :p . Then I found the Teica brand ‘5 in 1’ digital camera. Woh la la… it included webcam, voice recorder, video, digital camera, mp3 and mp4, it only RM559 and it left 4 stocks only.

Aiyoyo so seducing la, the salesman let me hold the camera and played with it. I almost fainted, too happy already. I can’t find a picture to show you because you know, china brand ma, you know their ability is to copy people’s model and modify.

Back to the story, so I decided to make a call to my brother and told him about this cheap multifunction digital camera:

Brother: Hallo.
Me: (manja manja) kor kor, I want to buy digital camera, very cheap you know, it only rm559 and…
Brother: Don’t buy the digital camera now.
Me: (still manja) But kor, it is 5 in1 digital cameras, and got webcam….

Me: (manja is not going to work) But kor, it is 12 mega pixels and….
Brother: No matter what, don’t buy yet ok?
Me: oh (very tulan already but didn’t show it out), so tomorrow you come and visit me right?

Me: ok, bubye T_T

End up I was nudging my god brother for the whole night, very tulan and he accompanied me to walk around and treat me a ‘chips more’ biscuit. Hehe :)

Sunday (10/12/2006)

My family came around 6.30pm to have dinner with me. Aiseh, very happy, totally forget about digital camera. My mother bought me some guava and apples. Woo, I love apple and I look like apple too *Blink Blink*. We ordered shark fins soap (yummy), steam fish, nestum prawn, vegetable and tau fu. It has been 2 months I didn’t get to eat such delicious food already, we chat and keep each other update.

Suddenly:

Brother: ling, you know why I don’t want to buy u a digital camera?
Me: Don’t know la, you asked me don’t buy then I won’t buy lo (showing sad face) :(
Brother: Because we don’t want to over pamper you.
Me: (thunderstorm, lighting flash by), don’t la, kor, very difficult to work without a camera.
Brother: you have a camera phone what.
Me: my camera phone is so lousy, no infrared, no Bluetooth, cable cannot transfer, camera not clear some more. Remember you bought for me last time?
Brother: next time ok?
Me: ok (force to say like this)…. T_T

My motorola handphone with my little doggie, is the lastest version of motorola handphone a few years ago, darn proud that time but now.....

After finished my dinner, they sent me home, spent some little quality times in my room, chit chat, and they gave me a hug and then they went back to penang….

And I cried the whole night, I just miss them. I also cannot tahan myself also, everytimes they came and I will cry the whole night when they went back. Although we just spent 3 hours, but it is enough for me to cry whole night, I love them, I miss them and my eyes like god fish now…

So the chronology of my weekend is Tulan → Happy → Sad → Miss them :)
